This updater modifies WolfEdit 1.1 to enable it to be used with the 3rd Encounter or Commercial versions of Wolfenstein 3D.
Should I use this updater?

Use this updater if you have a version of Wolfenstein 3D which keeps its maps in files separate from the application. The 3rd Encounter and the commercially-distributed version are of this type.
Do NOT use this updater if you have a version of Wolfenstein 3D where the maps are built into the application itself. The shareware demo "Wolfenstein 3D First Encounter" and the registered version "Wolfenstein 3D Second Encounter" are of this type. If you have one of these, use the original WolfEdit 1.1. Applying this update will render WolfEdit unusable with these versions of Wolfenstein 3D.
Using WolfEdit 1.1C

After applying this update, the "Install" command of WolfEdit will install the current level file into one of the existing Wolfenstein scenario files. You should make a COPY of one of the scenario files (e.g. "2nd Encounter") and install into this copy. Any existing levels in the file will be replaced.
Place the copy in the same folder as the other scenario files, and it will show up in the list of available scenarios next time you launch Wolfenstein 3D.
